Honestly, this was a ballsy move, and I think I like it. Perhaps Duncan and co thought they could win over Jabiluka stakeholders with their demonstrated performance at Honeymoon? Imagine if they got the deal done and the traditional owners onside...wow...but doesn't matter now though.
Good to see these aggressive moves happening in the sector IMO. Should be interesting to see if Boss start sniffing around elsewhere.
