Unfortunately you're wrong. The Aussie Government didn't hand the money directly to Hamas, BUT that is where it ends up.
You obviously have little understanding how the political system in GAZA works. Hamas is the Government so any money sent to GAZA including aide all ends up in Hamas hands.
