Obviously this is far more important to you than how the market has behaved vs standard metrics for 100s of years. Remember the only thing that grow a company is profits and for the last 18 months that groth has been about 2% of SP for Lynas. BOL with your investing.
on 18 APR GR became a 5.82% holder 54.4 M shares. they do not give trading history but on that day SP was AUD 6.56 so about $354M not a very big part of her fortune.
On 24 July she became a 7.14% holder 66.8 M shares. Here we have the trades for the increase unfortunately the format is not down loadable to find volume weighted average price paid. I am not going to do it by hand. The highest price she paid was $7.00 on 20 may the lowest was 5.96 on 27 June. Not very accurate but I am going to say average of $6.50. We have no idea what the original shares costed but during the previous 2 months prices were in mid $6.xx range. So to day she has 67 M shares @ $6.22 for $ 415m A quick AI search says she is worth AUD 40 B. So Lynas is about 1% of her holdings. Do you plan to be Below, AT or Above 1% with your holding in Lynas? If you want to follow her you should be close.
Also remember she has a > 10% holding in ARU and a 5.3% holding in MP. Hope you match those as well.
