The way I'm reading that announcement, they intend to check if people sell shares after the CR announcement date, with the aim to buy back cheaper. So holders potentially stuff themselves if they do it. This means that the SP shouldn't be put under pressure and linger around the CR price, which seems to be the typical case with other stocks doing a CR. Full marks for TLG for plugging this hole.
