not sure if I was listening to a different conference call, but what I heard them strongly hint at was they would wait until a few bits of good news (I.e. sales) pumped the price, then CR. I understand this may temper the SP from the good news but none the less with good news it should go up. If this happens the value of the CR and hence dilution should also be less as revenue improves and cash burn reduces.
share price is almost back to before NCCN announced. I think there is significant upside even with CR on the books, post good news.
