so which one is it, the banks wont let them send the funds or they dont have the funds? we were told back in december we would be paid 9.8million and it never happened. Besra and quantums word means nothing, when it actually comes it will mean something. I still wonder how much higginson is paid to parrot what he is told. also what would be the point of just sending a small amount of money to an intermediary account that they know works already? either send the contract amount and contract or dont talk about it? unless your trying to pump the price it seems stupid to just send a small amount to an account that is only used to then send funds to besra and tell a shareholder about it.
