should be very obvious guys -

1.We have accumulation over the past 3 - 4 weeks.


2. Today VPE announces capital raising and ITC breaks the key price level set earlier in the year by VPE's raid on 10% stock.


3.as at sept 30 VPE had 33.5 million cash on hand and no debt.

What could they possibly need with more capital??If you have 33.5 mill in hand you don't dilute your share price by handing out more stock???

unless of course...? u know the answer guys..as clearly the market knows hence this key move today GL 2 all
