Crazy to see the Western Australian Planning commission taking from 2018 till now to change the rural zone into urban through the EPA for the Upper Swan. Even the government departments get put on hold, and dragged through the process.
VRX are in a giant pile of applications that I hope are getting closer to the top. As Blister noted getting to the nitty gritty of conditions for approvals. Please be in the next few months.
A private company could buy VRX for a bargain with the bulk of the work done for a pittance if this runs for another 6 months. Take over sharks are smelling the blood in the water.
Wondering if they found a Mallee fowl, as this will add another year to the application. Please just stamp this as approved.
