Correct, it was never approved for the graphite concentrate operations.
It was approved for the BAM facility.
It has now been approved to be used up stream on the mine, the concentrate operations.
It is still however, conditional.
Were it not, would you not see the funds in the quarterlies on top of the existing cash left from the capital raise?
