The discussion around share consolidation is at this point in time an idea with no actual substance.... don't give them any ideas lol.

From my personal experience share consolidations are crap and don't help existing shareholders 90% of the time. My most recent personal example is Hastings, (HAS).

Lets just consider what we know, (vs what we don't know). We know AEV is going to announce something relatively positive based on the Hebang announcement. It's positive because it gives us a path towards production and revenue.

The loan terms are a risk to current shareholders, (we don't know the details), and this could cripple short -> long term local profitability of the company. It potentially becomes a revenue/asset stream for Hebang though, (a way to suck profits from AEV or to gain more ownership of the company if it gets converted to shares down the line). However, in clear absence of other options we will just have to continue with the punt that is AEV.
