    The question is how do we change this perception ?

    Find an economic kimberlite pipe?
    Deliver a signed majority JV ownership stake?
    Record consecutive years of operating profit?
    Not give away a mine they sunk $$,$$$,$$$ into?
    Actually build something at Merlin?
