Not sure whether my calcs and conclusion are correct here, but if they are, it explains why the mine has been shut down.
Anomaly : Blue Bar JV not separated. Ounces grouped with Klondyke.
Ascertain Klondyke only : DR states: 1700 ounces from Blue Bar less than normal as 3 week shut down. Therefore 1700 / 3 weeks x 13 weeks = 7,367 ounces should have come from Blue Bar for the quarter. Therefore 7,367 - 1,700 = 5,667 ounces approx. did come from Blue Bar JV.
Therefore total gold poured 16,905 - 5,667 from Blue Bar JV = 11,238 ounces only from Klondyke. (even worse than Dec Quarter)
So Klondyke only produced 11,238 for the Quarter. That would be why it has been shut down.
