Say you buy land and start building a house 10 years ago but have not finished, the building costs rise over that time period which is a certainty right?
What do you think that house is worth at today's market valuation? Just imagine what the cost would be for QW project starting today! it would be HUGE
It doesn't seem anyone has an actual current value of just the QW project let alone all the other properties SGR owns. Gold Coast tower is going to be finished this year and the master plan for GC is still continuing after completion.
Even with large debt, the capital growth their real estate assets would be substantially higher from per-inquiry days a few years ago.
So my point is, take away any earning capacity and this share is way undervalued.
IMO in 5 years or even 8 years after the Olympics in Brisbane SGR SP if they don't get bought for parts will be well over $2.50 PS in that time frame.
For example you bought 100,000 shares @$0.60 and sold for $2.50 that is a return of 315% over the time frame it took to reach that price target which is a bloody good return. Thoughts anyone?
