It is not a peculiar comment, it is the same concept i.e providing the top of the line, expensive, premium service where no service is current present when a cheaper faster solution could be rolled out immediately.
So are you suggesting that all of the existing fiber and coax network owned by Optus and Foxtel/Testra needs to be ripped up. LOL. I think it is you who needs to do some more reading mate.
