Children needing an education are NEITHER rorters NOR bludgers, Vulnerable Australians needing services via the NDIS are neither rorters nor bludgers. People suffering from diseases, injuries and illnesses are neither rorters nor bludgers.
But a comment such as that coming from someone who openly boasts about minimising his Australian tax obligations by calling Singapore 'Home', well that's more than a little bit rich!
