The skillset at the BOD level is mining, that is the limitation here. Back in AJM days they produced at a loss right into administration.
There is no other risk management or any other mitigation, if the price of Lithium doesn't improve that's all she wrote, its just gambling but all the risk belongs to the holders.
If investors want a more strategic leadership then they need to vote it in. It is only those held short or paid that publicly support the BOD here.
