First of all, you showed so "recommendations",
Secondly, I thought they explained their reasons for scale back.
This does not necessarily mean that they will close the offer early, or incur penalty for not being first in.......recommendations are not the same as rules.
Suggest you study some more, get in touch with your mates at ASIC, ..... even try applying for some SPP shares (LOL) and see what happens.
