You're so full of sh*t. Anyone claiming they don't regret buying large parcels of their favoured investment at double the current share price (or more) is either an idiot, a liar, or both. You might not lose sleep over it, but of course you regret it—you could have purchased those same shares for at least 50% cheaper just a week later. After all, you said you "like to buy when things aren't so shiny," and AGY certainly lost a lot of its shine over the last week due to the decision to go into C&M.
Anyway, I'll happily reconvene in 5 years if the AGY threads still exist (which I doubt). If not, I'll track you down on the LTM threads to remind you how disastrously wrong you've been here. The sad part is, even if AGY's trading under 1c at that point, you'll still be pumping it and insisting you don't regret buying in the high 20's, because one day you'll be right, despite all the evidence suggesting otherwise.

P.S. - For someone who claims to have numerous other investments and asset classes, your HC commentary seems to show that you're entirely fixated on AGY, LTM, and GLN. Take your claim last week about selling LYC to add more here. It's more than a little interesting that you mentioned selling a company whose threads you've never commented on, not even once. It's somewhat difficult to believe that someone who posts as prolifically as you wouldn't have a single word to say about that company nor any of the other assets you supposedly hold. A suspicious person might think you're telling porkies and are actually just balls-deep in Argentinian brine. Not me of course, but a suspicious person might...
