Tivan has received several proposals from prominent multi-nationals to join the proposed joint venture with Sumitomo. Tivan has respectfully declined the proposals (interesting).
I expect a few things being worked on include offtakes, and a potential Gvt grant of up to $20m which could have a meaningful positive impact on the final capital structure. A take or pay could partially validate pricing for the next few years.
