His background and qualifications are all in mineral exploration, nothing on his profile on the Alara webpage indicates that he has any management qualifications like an MBA etc or any project management or mine management qualifications or experience. I've got no idea why they have made him MD to build a mine and process plant - if we were still a junior explorer looking for our first deposit then he would probably be a good fit - but not now.
