    I fully agree with your sentiment. I’ve been picking up REITs for my super and personal portfolio particularly HCW, REP and GOZ.

    Happy to load up HCW well under NTA
    45% upside + 7% Yield while you wait.

    Long term price to NTA on REITs is 0.9x - 1x. The market is pricing in revaluations which won’t eventuate if rates stabilise and head down.

    The quality of assets that HCW have are not your typical vertical coffin office blocks.
