Riv thanks for the reply. So your understanding is that if FML do not come cash positive in time for them to either repay the Shangdong loans as they come due or are unable to continue in business without further borrowing that Shangdong will pull the plug. As the largest and really the only creditor Shangdong will push through a DOCA rather than allow a liquidation, thus taking control of the company. In that event I guess all shareholders get wiped out. I guess it remains to be seen whether the authorities would allow this to happen or whether Shangdong would behave in such a dishonourable way. The next year is going to be very interesting so good luck to all shareholders. Let’s hope that BV is speeded up and the company begins to generate some serious positive cash flow.
