Pretty sure PH said a NASDAQ listing would be depository notes - same as he said when asked at the Sydney shareholders meeting (2022 or 23 - can't remember). I suspect the costs and pre-conditions for a full listing would be significant. With depository notes IMU can also bundle them as 50 or even 500 shares without any impact on the ASX listing.
