    Dont think the cap raising will apply to the everyday investor ie retail/ instos definately. I suspect some of the funds will be used to cover start-up costs of the Canada plant (pending approval), mezz loan to shore up the b/sheet and working capital for the recent acquisitions.

    Interesting times for STI, its a waiting game..
