Why did Intel acquire Habana Labs instead of BRN?

Just because Habana Labs got acquired by Intel for $2B, is no way to value another company (in this case BRN) which is struggling to make sales.

Your fact is that they used that price model to reach the ''guess'' value.

However, it is NOT a FACT that BRN is valued at $1.59. If it were, we would not be trading at 19 cents on ASX.

So the premise that some other company got bought for some dollars is a fool's gold which a few possess here.

I guess this would be too much of an abstract thought for you guys to understand, so keep living in false hope.

PS: 2 Years ago, pumpers continuously gave the idea that ARM, which was valued at that time for $40BILLION was similar to Brainchip. It is distressing to see that now you are painting a picture for $2B.

PPS: The actual market cap of BRN now is $352Million AUD.
