A solid quarter, but... it's what comes next that matter more, though Big Bell is in a lower grade area, but that will start to change this quarter.
Fender looks fine, but.. only just hit commercial production.
Starlight.... wow. Incredibly impressive AISC of $1348.... made up for Bluebird and Tuckabianna which are using up a lot of stockpiles.... whilst Fender slowly kicks in, Bluebird slowly increases and Great Fingal gets closer to first ore.
Bluebird looks to be ramping up this quarter (important as that will reduce the use of the stockpiles...)
Big Bell Deeps - I wonder how many ounces it might add later this year...?
Great Fingall - ahead of schedule... more importantly, as I read it, the shallower portions or mine have proved the goods, so.... surely when they release guidance we will get a clearer idea of just what they think they might be able to mine, but only for 2nd half of FY25.
Incredible amount of drilling now on the go at WGX, as it should be (bigger again after tomorrow with Karora added in).
I am slightly surprised they were still able to increase the stockpiles, but not complaining, as they are relying on them heavily whilst the above expansions/increases slowly come to fruition.
Disappointing about Fender, but... luckily it's the smallest U/G mine they have, so a small delay is not material.
$64m invested in the company.... because it has real internal growth options.
Looks like Starlight U/G at Fortnum could still do even better than this quarter, which is impressive (as they are increasing throughput) and Starlight mineralization continues.
Looks like Big Bell deeps might extend even beyond the 15 current years.....
Fender actually looking like it's going to be a better mine than planned....
If the Bluebird drilling keeps succeeding.... Bluebird U/G is going to become a monster (MRE already over 800k ounces).
Looks like the early exploration programs are already seeing a little success (very early days).
And..... I think WGX just threw down the gauntlet to it's peers..... cash flow graphs are becoming incredibly detailed!!
Cudos to the Money of Mine team for having an impact on the industry.
Now... I just want to know what guidance is, but... I guess that will have to wait for Karora to have their figures too.
My core holding.... stays core.
