This is RIE issuing $500,000 AUD in convertible notes @ 15% interest, first interest payment due 30/06/2025?
If you default the interest payment doesn't that mean the company can be put into receivership?
Is this meaning RIE is expecting to have a cash flow by then that will allow them to service the interest payments and not go into default?
