    your reference to the 'top half of the ug mine' is ignorant and misleading.

    there is no company that holds any 'rights' over any 'top half' of any of aag's mines / deposits.

    there is however, a JV in the deeps section of fingall in which aag hold 51% and the partner holds 49% - it starts at something like 700mbs (dont quote me but near-ish to this)
