The company raised $115 million in May without any capital allocation or programme. They didn't need it. They still have $140 million in the bank, and are raising again without any capital plan... just shytting all over their investors yet again once more.
This is why this stock is useless as an investor. It will only ever be a trader's toy while the current board and CEO are in charge of it. The remuneration packages demonstrate their rapacious greed. The structure of their capital raisings has always displayed their utter disregard for shareholders. And the amount of capital they have raised for no purpose shows that they are complete, slobbering idiots when it comes to capital management.
