Hi Panda,

Last I spoke with Richard he confirmed receipt of tendors for plant and pipeline but made it clear that anything beyond that was commercial in confidence.

Maybe a different voice may help but my interest is in getting a feel for the shortfall (if any?) between the cost of construction and the funds at hand (allowing for the $1.5M to be received in January).

If you're able to get some feedback along those lines that would be appreciated. Unfortunately I have commitments that prevent me from attending the AGM next week.
