This is a huge milestone as we move from a developer to a fully fledged mining company.

It still blows my mind that a world class mining operation (infrastructure + people + processes) has been built in just under 2.5 years. For anyone that hasn't worked in the Mining industry, this is LIGHTSPEED. And the best thing about it all is the quality of management to be pro-active, transparent and excellent at what they do. To execute to this standard in this timeframe was probably a 1/10 probability and they've hit it out of the park.

As any person or organisation, we can only focus and deliver on what we can control, the micro vs the macro. And whilst the macro is going through tough times, the ability for LTR to focus on what it can control, and execute that to a world class standard is all we can ask for as shareholders.

Now, let's hope for the LIT price to come to some normalcy, so we can get on delivering lithium and generating cash.
