    I haven't read that they've been nullified. Can you share that part of the judgement. They were the prize.

    He either does have them (legitimately) or he doesn't. If he does then he has motivation to list and convert or grow and covert.

    You should be happy about that, even as a token shareholder who disproportionately bleats about reality not being like the perfect world.

    I'd remind others, that no-ham wanted the company to stay local and continue to be cornered to a final death. Commercially astute shareholders voted to breath life into the company offshore. LOOK AT THE RESULT. Not by accident or focusing on incidental posts by bystanders.

    We also know that management (as you have argued) need to work through the complications of the court case. The finalization of the penalties is yet to be determined, and so the complication despite the good news about the retention of the shareholding, will delay listing. That's normal, but there will be a path forward.

    You've just become bitter because your death wish for the company didn't play out. Too bad, that's the real world pal!
