They need to enter a partnership... whatever it takes.
Even if it is a limited partnership, something small on terms that are less than SI believes are fair - just get it done.
Prove to the market and the industry, that the scientific claims have credibility and are respected by the people who understand it best.
If we are to believe that MSB have been on the verge of signing partnerships for the last 5+ years, then they need to put up or shut up.
Get it done.
