The issue is in the margin! So basically, for the sake of the argument (this quarter):
Receipts from customers $1,441,000
product manufacturing and operating costs $1,293,000
Do you see where I am going with this? Even if your sales moved to $10 million a quarter, product and manufacturing costs would be roughly the same.
So simply put they have to increase the prices! right now it is almost 1:1. It has to be a minimum 2.5 - 3:1!
But again what do I know.
