That CR post the last AGM was a kick in the nether region
The AGM was all rosy and then SI sprung a CR surprise "shortly" afterwards.
Yes, funding is required. There are multiple ways to get access to more fund
But, if a CR is the path, then it must happen prior to the AGM - otherwise, SI will have access to placements which allows for historical and consistent MSB winners - to win again!
