Goldman Sachs and Unified Capital Partners are joint Lead Managers of the $267 mil ZIP Capital Raise. $217 mil raised from institutions went to payout the Ares loan.
ZIP divulged that the $50 mil retail placement, yet to be completed goes to COSTS.
