SYA still putting money into 1MC, 1MC ending the quarter with 0.4 quarters of cash left (430k) with no formal plan to raise capital. The cynic in me feels like another large capital injection into 1MC is about to happen.
If SYA was just to cut 1MC off from financial support the earn in tenements would just revert to 100% SYA, how is it in the best interest of SYA shareholders to keep propping up 1MC? SYA BOD is required to act in the best interests of shareholders not in the best interests of their own exposure at 1MC.
