Cunningham referring to the "shipment departing for Europe" could be interpreted to mean it has been trucked from site. The vast majority of concentrate produced thus far appears to be fines whereas the mooted European customers presumably interested in the large jumbo flakes. It apparently took all of June and the early part of July to produce enough large flake to fill a sea container.
