I read your post, and I understand your concerns. Now that you have my attention, I'd like to ask for your opinion on something, given the valid points you've raised.
What are your thoughts on the institutional investors who are buying this stock at $1.15? Surely, they are well aware of the concerns you've mentioned, yet they are still participating in the capital raise at this price.
Why do you think they are doing this?
