just had that call from ICN.
Its a communications coy employed by Icon.
they supposedly were ringing to:
- see if i had docs for meeting
_ remind me to lodge proxies before deadline of Sat 27 Nov
reminded me of how to lodge proxy and appoint Chairman as my proxy
- said something about Item 4 (think its wrt directors fees)
- then asked me which method I would be voting by
- then stated that directors believed that s/h should exercise their right to vote as it is important
- lastly she asked me how i intended to vote - I said I would not provide them my voting intentions.

It seems to me that Directors are worried.
There seems to be a groundswell of anger and frustration now.

It is important that s/h vote, and imho, vote AGAINST all resolutions.

It is time now for Board renewal - we need to get new directors and Chairman, people who have the experience and credibility to run Icon properly.

NOW IS THE TIME to use your voting power!

So put your proxies in now online - make sure you DIRECT YOUR PROXIES (make sure you do not give the proxy to the Chairman).
