Is this voting a joke? Less than half of the totoal shares participated in the voting. And the total votes of each resolution are not reconcile! Are we able to call in inspector to audit this vote? See the Vote Total column (highlighted) for the descrepancies:
Also, this shows how indifferent the shareholders are, given such low voting rate.
