As per issues listed in the thread above - there's no researching that one could do to realise if there is this genuine issue or not unless one were in attendance. Is there?

So instead, does anyone know what legal responsibilities lay in statements made in ASX releases and company video presentations? Are companies allowed to loosely misrepresent situations like financing progress?

If the answer is no, companies are not allowed to misrepresent - that's a big risk for a company to take in the event they have to turn around later and say no offtakes, finance or collaborations?
