IMHO it could be the La Jolla factor.
I sold out a lot after realised what happened to INL.
I didn't know that La Jolla also into CDY until after that 12 million shares conversion of the notes.
It is really shocking. They became a substatial holder and ceased to be a substantial holder within a month with INL.
I guess they will most likely dump that 12 million shares into any good news so whats the point of me holding for long term.
Until the management can raise funds to pay them off like what INL did today I'll slowly back out of CDY. DYOR.
