Yes have OG Energy holding 70% of ECH shares doesn't help ...I really like the direction ECH is going with the move into AUS in recent years and exploration upside
..I don't get the 50.1% holding in CUE ,,ECH should have made the move years ago and paid up to secure the other 49% shares 11-12c !!! (rather than keep on talking like they 100% own the company)..could have done a straight scrip deal .
..that would have also added much needed free-float shares pushing OG energy downwards to a level that would be more attractive for ASX investors IMHO 50.1% would be great
Then ECH like CUE could have rewarded S/H yearly or even Qty with dividends or free shares/options etc If you want the Market and S/Hs to respect and value your company then do the same for the S/Hs and make it an attractive place to invest one's hard-earned capital!!!!
instead of what was a very boring operation that plodded along with very low volumes traded
