What you have said there is all good. Except I think I made a mistake with the 12c, must have put in the price for the actual ADS's!
Assuming intent to exercise;
You can buy one warrant for 1.51(at market, price can change)+7.26 (exercise cost) = 8.77usd = 13.49aud. Which is the equivalent of 60 shares @ ~22.4c au per share.
Nasdaq code for ADS's is NVA, for warrants it's NVAWW. IBKR confirmed they are both tradable, assuming you can trade US stocks. 5 year expiry from a few days ago.
They are a great deal, which goes to show how tight money is getting in this sector at the moment, that was the enticement needed to get a few million, if they offered that deal in Aus most would have jumped at it.
