    That is correct. They should but given the suspension, it makes no difference, but both the 4C and 4D will need to be lodged before trading resumes.
    However it is a terrible look using financial statements to precipitate a trading halt rather than any legitimate reasons. A "strategic review " or " deal negotiations" are not sufficient reasons for a trading halt.
