STI have been asked by the ASX to show cause why they should continue to be listed in view of their current financial position and in lieu of comments made concerning funding in the future or matters related to their financial position.
Or it could be the lack of disclosure concerning the companies current position and their failure to accurately report to shareholders on announcements made from complaints from shareholders.

Thats what I think this is all about. It is my opinion based on what was stated in the Annual Report and the ASX have followed up on those complaints.

I am delighted that this has occurred as I am hoping we may be told what we have all been waiting for prior to the AGM.
