Reading between the lines, suggesting we are and have been in talks with strategic partner or partners, for example ATL, OR the mystery Korean buyer of 20t, and that their requirements are dropping the 2000tpa plant and building the 10,000tpa operation, using 'lessons learned ', if they're are the ones to be financially backing the next stage ?
That's how I see it, and main reasons for being still here, with a slight tinge of curiosity thrown in..
