There is nothing wrong with a cap raise as long as it is followed by a discovery. They need more funds for that, and that's why the majority of companies raise capital. They can't print money!
IMO there is still alot of action left. Sure, I don't doubt that people who bought at higher prices might never recoup their money, but people who buy at these levels sure will make alot of money of these boys discover something. Even that is not guaranteed.
That is why it is called casino!
