Hi All,
Great discussion yesterday about what a T/O may generate. But I was thinking last night, I for one am looking at things the wrong way and putting the cart before the horse.

What I should be considering is;

1. What is the chance of MPL getting similar or better results in the P2/3 strike trial ? [High chance IMO]
2. If that happens what chance will MPL show efficacy in other Neurological conditions like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's ? [Promising IMO]
3. If both 1 & 2 are positive, can Pharmaust become a Neurological powerhouse ? [Yes] [Something @Densy mentioned a while back]

There is a huge unmet need for an ALS/MND treatment as there is no standard of care, Parkinsons standard of care offers some efficacy but it is limited and has side effects. Alzheimer's has fewer options and is not far behind ALS in needing a breakthrough.

In other words, if MPL continues showing efficacy EVERYTHING ELSE will take care of it self.

I think we have a wild card with the OLE, so look out here.
